Oily Skin
Dehydrate a few sprigs of thyme then infuse in rice bran oil to make an easy body oil
Emotional Skin Imbalance

Dehydrate a handful of blueberries until coarse then mix with 1/2 cup oatmeal to create a body mask for heart and gut system. Feel free to eat as a healthy treat!
Oily Skin
Add a few drops of sandalwood essential oil to perilla herbal infusion to create an all natural body oil

Dehydrate a handful of arugula with roughly 1 ounce of fresh coconut meat until coarse then blend with 2 cups of epsom salt and add a few drops of lemongrass essential oil to finish. Soak in the bath tub unapologetically!
Oily Skin
Blend 1/2 cup arrowroot with a few bay leaf to use as a skin mask. apply 2-3 times a week until skin appears normal, then use infused thyme or passion fruit oil for daily needs
Emotional Skin Imbalance

Dehydrate a few banana skins and an avocado seed until coarse then blend together and store in a mason jar to use an additive to fruit or veggie smoothie.
Dry Skin

Add a few drops to olive oil infused with calendula herb then massage skin with hot stones heated to choice of temperature tolerance. Please use caution dear friends!
Normal Skin
neroli
Peel one small orange and dehydrate the peel until coarsely dried. grind the dried contents then infuse in 1/2 cup of olive oil for 1 week. Strain and mix equal parts of oil and bentonite clay to experience a rich mask.
reminder: mask will be moist so leave on for up to 10 minutes then rinse
Dry Skin
lavender
Steep a few tablespoons of lavender then strain and transfer the liquid to a mason jar. make a refreshing drink by combining liquid in the jar with 2 cups of spring water, juice of a lime, lemon, and a handful of blackberries. sweeten with honey
Normal Skin
patchouli
Fill diffuser with spring water and add a few drops of patchouli essential oil then stand over the opening of the diffuser and allow the mist to gently submerge your face. Enjoy for 5 minutes or so.
Dry Skin
rosewood
Infuse 1 clove in 2 ounces of almond oil overnight then add 1 tsp of rosewood essential oil. Strain and bottle in a 2 ounce dropper bottle. Add a few drops to a nice warm bath then go to sleep!
Normal Skin

Dehydrate a bunch of cilantro then add to sea salt. Add 2 tbsp in a foot soak to promote purification, after 20 minutes strain then moisturize with neroli oil to achieve the happiest feet on earth!
